The staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly. They were very good too ensure that our stay was enjoyable and that we were making the most of our vacation. The location of the hotel was also great. It was within walking distance to some major landmarks and there was a convenient subway station nearby. our experience at this hotel had its downsides, but there were definitely some positives as well.

The hotel really needs to improve its internet connection. It was so frustrating to have to constantly log in every half hour and it made it difficult to stay connected and plan our activities in the city.

The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short walk to the Arc de Triomphe and Metro stations. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and speaks English. They made special provisions for us and communicated well via email. The hotel is clean, modern, and has a relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast is yummy and there are restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The bed is comfy and the room has a nice view.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were cute and were really nice too accommodate us. From providing an earlier check-in time to giving us great recommendations on nearby cafes and restaurants, they made us feel special. The breakfast served was freshly made and delicious, and the staff working during breakfast were sweet and attentive. The hotel's location was perfect, being very close to the subway and within walking distance to a cute little landscaped garden. It also had convenient transportation options, with a bus stop to the airport just a short distance away.
